Our consultation services are in high demand. The consultation usually takes 45min-1h. Please take your time to read this policy before scheduling the appointment.
If you book an appointment with us and decide to be represented by us for your migration matter, the consultation fee will be discounted from your overall professional fees.
After receiving your booking and payment, we will forward you client questionnaire. We need to have all the relevant information about your background before the consultation so we can provide full advice on the most appropriate visa pathway.
The Questionnaire must be returned to us via e-mail no later then 24h before your appointment.
Face to face, Skype or Phone
You have a choice between Face to face, Skype or Phone consultation.
Payment for the consultation must be made upfront at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.
Rescheduling your appointment
You may reschedule your appointment providing that you give us at least 2 days’ notice.
Cancellations, lateness and no-shows
Our consultations are in high demand, cancelled appointments will not be refunded. If you do not show to your appointment, your payment will be forfeited and you will need to pay again if you wish to reschedule. Late appointments may receive less appointment time.
